Licence Fee

In line with the Energy Law and the Decision on the Level of Costs of Energy Licence Issuance - Serbian version - (“Official Gazette of RS”, No 97/21) a fee is paid when filing an application for the issuance of an energy licence.

1. The licence fee is paid on the account of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia No.

in the amount defined by the Decision, depending on the energy activity the application is filed for. The level of fees is prescribed in the document which is available here (Serbian version).

2. The fee for an amendment of the decision on the issuance of the licence is paid when filing an application for the amendment of the decision to the account of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia No.

in the amount calculated as a product of the coefficient 0.3 and the cost for the issuance of the relevant energy activity.

AERS: Transportgas Serbia Meets Conditions for Certification as an Independent System Operator

Belgrade, 31 March 2026

On the session held on 31 March 2026, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a conclusion confirming that TRANSPORTGAS SRBIJA d.o.o. Novi Sad has fulfilled the requirements for the legal and functional unbundling of ownership of the natural gas transmission network, thereby meeting the prescribed conditions for certification under the independent system operator model.
