Сагласност на План развоја преносног система ЕМС АД за период 2025-2034. и План инвестиција за период 2025-2027.

Београд, 18. децембра 2025.

Савет Агенције за енергетику Републике Србије је донео одлуке о давању сагласности на План развоја преносног система за период 2025-2034. година и План инвестиција у преносни систем за период 2025-2027. година које је као оператор преносног система донело Акционарско друштво „Електромрежа Србије“. План развоја преносног система за период од десет година је урађен у складу са Законом о енергетици и Стратегијом развоја енергетике Републике Србије до 2040. године са пројекцијама до 2050. године, као и са Интегрисаним националним енергетским и клим тским планом.

У плану инвестиција за период од три године, описане су инвестиционе потребе са националног, регионалног и европског аспекта, чија реализација има значајан утицај на повећање преносних капацитета који ће омогућити даљи развој тржишта електричне енергије повећање поузданости преносног система и сигурности снабдевања потрошача и повећану могућност прикључивања нових извора електричне енергије.

Approval of the EMS AD Transmission System Development Plan for the Period 2025–2034 and the Investment Plan for the Period 2025–2027

The Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted decisions granting approval to the Transmission System Development Plan for the period 2025–2034 and the Investment Plan in the transmission system for the period 2025–2027, adopted by the Joint Stock Company “Elektromreža Srbije,” acting as the transmission system operator.

The Ten-year Transmission System Development Plan was prepared in accordance with the Energy Law and the Energy Development Strategy of the Republic of Serbia until 2040, with projections until 2050, as well as with the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan.

Agencija za energetiku Republike Srbije objavila je 19. juna 2025. godine javnu konsultaciju o Nacrtu razvoja prenosnog sistema Republike Srbije za period od 2025. do 2034. godine koji je Agenciji dostavio operator prenosnog sistema „Elektromreža Srbije“ a.d.

Saglasnost na pravila kojima se uređuje postupak i način raspodele prenosnih kapaciteta na granici između zona trgovanja

Savet Agencije za energetiku Republike Srbije je na svojim sednici održanoj 04. decembra dao saglasnost na pravila kojima se uređuje postupak i način raspodele prenosnih kapaciteta na granici između zona trgovanja operatora prenosnog sistema Republike Srbije EMS AD i operatora prenosnih sistema Severne Makedonije (MEPSO), Rumunije (Transelektrika), Mađarske (MAVIR), Bugarske (ESO), Hrvatske (HOPS) i Crne Gore (CGES) za 2026. godinu.

Approval of Operational Limitations for Facilities Connecting to the Transmission System

On the session held on 11 December 2025, upon the request of the Joint Stock Company “Elektromreža Srbije,” the transmission system operator, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted decisions approving operational limitations for battery energy storage facilities connecting to the transmission system. The Energy Law stipulates that the transmission system operator may offer a connection subject to operational limitations to an applicant for connection, provided that such limitations are approved by the Agency.

Odobrenja operativnih ograničenja za objekte koji se priključuju na prenosni sistem

Savet Agencije za energetiku Republike Srbije je na sednici održanoj 11. decembra 2025. godine na zahtev Akcionarskog društva „Elektromreža Srbije“, koje je operator prenosnog sistema, doneo odluke o odobrenjima na operativna ograničenja za baterijska skladišta električne energije koja se priključuju na prenosni sistem.

Zakonom o energetici je propisano da operator prenosnog sistema podnosiocu zahteva za priključenje može da ponudi priključenje koje podleže operativnim ograničenjima pod uslovom da je takvo ograničenje odobreno od strane Agencije.

Савет Агенције за енергетику Републике Србије је на седници одржаној 11. децембра 2025. године на захтев Акционарског друштва „Електромрежа Србије“, које је оператор преносног система, донео одлуке о одобрењима на оперативна ограничења за батеријска складишта електричне енергије која се прикључују на преносни систем.

Approval of the Rules Governing the Procedure and Method for the Transmission Capacity Allocation at the Border Between Bidding Zones

On the session held on 4 December, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has granted its approval to the rules governing the procedure and method for the transmission capacity allocation at the border between the bidding zones of the transmission system operator of the Republic of Serbia, EMS AD, and the transmission system operators of North Macedonia (MEPSO), Romania (Transelectrica), Hungary (MAVIR), Bulgaria (ESO), Croatia (HOPS) and Montenegro (CGES) for 2026.

Савет Агенције за енергетику Републике Србије је на својим седници одржаној 04. децембра дао сагласност на правила којима се уређује поступак и начин расподеле преносних капацитета на граници између зона трговања оператора преносног система Републике Србије ЕМС АД и оператора преносних система Северне Македоније (МЕПСО), Румуније (Транселектрика), Мађарске (МАВИР), Бугарске(ЕСО), Хрватске(ХОПС) и Црне Горе (ЦГЕС) за 2026. годину.

Approval of Distribution System Development Plan and Investment Plan of Elektrodistribucija Srbije

On the session held on April 23, 2026, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of the Distribution System Development Plan for 2025-2034 and the decision on the approval of the Distribution System Investment Plan for 2025-2027 which were submitted to the Agency by the Distribution System Operator “Elektrodistribucija Srbije” LLC Beograd.

AERS: Transportgas Serbia Meets Conditions for Certification as an Independent System Operator

On the session held on 31 March 2026, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a conclusion confirming that TRANSPORTGAS SRBIJA d.o.o. Novi Sad has fulfilled the requirements for the legal and functional unbundling of ownership of the natural gas transmission network, thereby meeting the prescribed conditions for certification under the independent system operator model.
