In line with the Art. 393 paragraph 2 of the Energy Law, until the adoption of a regulation for the enforcement of this law, the regulations which were adopted in line with the Energy Law (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 57/11, 80/11-correction, 93/12 and 124/12) will be applicable if they do not contradict the provisions of this law.
Until the adoption of a document on the costs for licence issuance, the licence holder pays a fee to the amount set by the Agency in accordance with the Criteria and Standards for Setting Energy Licence Fees. Apart from the criteria and standards for the calculation of the fee, this document prescribed the coefficient value of RSD 50,000 which is valid until December 31, 2015 (details).
The licence fee is a constituent part of the decision on licence issuance and it is paid on the account of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia No.
within 8 days upon the submission of the decision.
If the licence holder does not pay the licence fee within the deadline, the licence is revoked once the decision becomes valid.
