Licence Fee

The holder of a licence shall pay a fee to the amount set by the Agency in accordance with the Criteria and Standards for Setting Energy Licence Fees and the decision on the coefficient value for calculation of the energy licence fee for the year for which the annual fee shall be determined (details).

The licence fee shall be paid on an annual basis, the first time when the licence resolution is passed and for each year of the licence validity period, within 30 days after the expiry of the licence validity period as of the date specified in the licence resolution as the date of issue.

The licence fee amount shall be set by the Agency Council in a separate statement.

The value of coefficient for 2013 shall be set in accordance with the Decision on Coefficient Value for Calculation of Energy Licence Fee for 2013 (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 122/12) and amounts to 14.400 dinar.
